Sourabh Bajaj

Sourabh Bajaj has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Sourabh began their career as a Market Research Associate at exëvo in 2008. After two years, they moved on to become a Branch Manager at Pelimac from 2010 to 2011. Following this, Sourabh joined Base Interglow Trading Co. W.L.L as a Sales and Marketing Executive from 2011 to 2014. In 2014, they worked as a Sales and Marketing Supervisor at Viva entertainment co. W.L.L for a year. Since 2015, Sourabh has been associated with Phronesis Partners, where they have held various roles including Assistant Manager from 2015 to 2017, Manager from 2017 to 2019, and Senior Manager - Client Success from 2019 to 2021. Currently, Sourabh holds the position of Associate Director - Primary Research since August 2021 and was recently promoted to the role of Director - Primary Research in April 2022.

Sourabh Bajaj studied at Delhi University and obtained a Bachelors in Commerce. Sourabh later pursued a Diploma in Computers from DOEACC, specializing in A Level. Currently, they are enrolled at NMIMS Global where they are pursuing a Postgraduate Degree in Business Administration and Management.
