Lucy Taylor

Lucy Taylor is a seasoned professional in the Learning and Development field, currently serving as the Head of Learning and Development at phs Group since March 2019, where previous roles included Learning and Development Manager and L&D Partner. In addition, Lucy volunteers at Home Start Cymru, providing support to families with young children. Prior experiences include roles as an L&D Consultant at Welsh Contact Centre Forum Ltd and as a Senior Service Delivery Manager and Learning & Development Manager at Target Group. Lucy has a strong background in regulatory training management from time spent at Principality Building Society and has contributed to the growth of startups like Nemo Personal Finance. Educational qualifications include a BSc in Sport & Exercise Science from Cardiff Metropolitan University and various certifications in training and project management, including a Level 7 Executive Development program currently underway.
