Si Bui

Si Bui has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. They currently serve as the Head of Blockchain Business Development at Phunware, Inc. since November 2021. Prior to this, Si worked at Ethereum Network as a Cryptocurrency Trader, Ethereum Miner, and Ethereum 2.0 Staker, where they were involved in building DeFi Dapps projects on the Ethereum token.

From 2017 to 2020, Si was the Head of Business Development at Phunware, Inc. In this role, they evaluated, negotiated, and closed deals to help businesses gain access to Phunware's products for distribution. They also collaborated with internal teams to define go-to-market strategies, established new business relationships, and managed complex technical partner integrations.

Before joining Phunware, Si held various positions at Influence Mobile, including Director of Revenue. During their time at Influence Mobile, Si added new revenue channels, implemented app and crash analytics tools, and increased revenue through CPI, CPM, and CPA.

Si has also worked at AerServ as the Director of Publisher Integration, where they focused on mobile adserving and mediation technology. They were responsible for providing superior technology and customer support to maximize revenues for mobile publishers.

Furthermore, Si has experience in marketing and mobile user acquisition from their role at MFour Mobile Research. They specialized in developing methodologies to unlock the power of mobile for market research purposes.

Early in their career, Si worked as a Technical Account Manager at Phunware, Inc. and as an Ad Ops Manager at TapIt!, a company affiliated with Phunware. They were involved in developing apps for well-known brands and managing advertiser campaigns.

Si's work experience also includes a position as a Business Support Specialist at Comcast Cable.

Si Bui completed a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Communication and Media Studies from Portland State University from 2001 to 2004. They then pursued a Master's degree in Counselor Education/School Counseling and Guidance Services from the same university, completing it from 2005 to 2007.
