Director Of Customer Development at PICS Inventory

Tara Reed has a diverse work experience in various roles. Tara started their career at The Yankee Candle Company, Inc. in 2005 as a Sales Associate. Tara then worked their way up to become a 2nd Assistant Manager, where they handled day-to-day operations, administrative tasks, and employee training.

In 2007, Tara moved to PICS Inventory where they began as a Customer Development Technician. In this role, they developed customer-specific programs for inventories, ensured data integrity, and provided technical support to field personnel. Tara eventually became a Supervisor in the Customer Development Department, where they coordinated tasks and performed all functions of the Development Technician. Later on, Tara served as the Manager of the Customer Development Department, where they wrote software, tested programs, set up automated processes, and communicated with field staff and retailers' IT departments. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Customer Development.
