Randy L. Keister, MBA has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over four decades. Randy L. began their career as a Recruiter in the U.S. Air Force in 1980 and continued in this role until 2000. From there, Randy joined Geisinger Health System as a Professional Staff Recruiter and worked there until 2006. Randy L. then transitioned to Susquehanna Health as the Director of Physician Recruitment from 2006 to 2009. Subsequently, Randy held the position of Director, Clinical Recruitment at Safe Sedation from 2010 to 2014. Randy L. then joined CarePoint Health System as the Director, Garden State Physicians & Physician/MidLevel Recruitment from 2014 to 2018. Randy's most recent role was as the System Director, Recruitment at Penn Highlands Healthcare from 2018 to 2023. Currently, Randy is serving as the Director, Talent Acquisition & Development at Physician Affiliate Group of New York, P.C. (PAGNY), starting in 2023.
