Rachael Nelson

Rachael Nelson has over a decade of experience in customer service and advocacy, currently serving as a Customer Service Supervisor at Prosper RCM Solutions since May 2019 and as a Team Lead at Physician Office Partners since May 2016. In these roles, Rachael manages a team, oversees production and quality control, participates in the hiring process, and ensures effective communication across departments. Rachael's earlier experience includes advocacy for youth with disabilities at the Southwest Center for Independent Living and training registration specialists at Cox Medical Center. Rachael holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Missouri State University, earned between 2009 and 2011. Rachael was also elected to the "POP Cares" Board to promote charitable initiatives and received the 2018 Q3 POP S award for outstanding contributions.
