Bill Griffin

Bill Griffin has over 30 years of work experience. Bill started their career in public accounting, working at local accounting firms while completing school. Bill then moved on to the role of International Consolidations Accountant at Instrumentation Laboratory, where they managed monthly consolidations for eight international subsidiaries. After that, they worked as an Accounting Manager - International at WR Grace, where they managed financial reporting and analysis for thirteen international legal entities. Bill then joined Biogen as an Accounting Manager, where they managed international consolidations and major reviews of cost centers and accruals.

Following their time at Biogen, Bill founded their own consulting firm, Sea Change Group, Inc., where they focused on strategy and execution for CFOs and their teams. Bill also led accounting, finance, and product development efforts for a start-up business model.

Bill then transitioned to the role of CFO & VP of Finance & Treasurer at SeniorLink, a venture-backed healthcare company. During their tenure, they led the company through significant revenue and employee growth.
