Christina Morrison

CFO at Physicians Endoscopy

Christina Morrison joined Physicians Endoscopy as CFO in April 2018. Prior to joining the Company, Ms. Morrison served as Senior Vice President of Finance at Aramark where she led FP&A, M&A, treasury and global shared services. She was also one of the leaders of Aramark’s 2013 IPO. Previously, Ms. Morrison served as Senior Vice President of Business and Financial Planning at Merck & Co., Inc., where her responsibilities included planning and budgeting responsibility for a company with over 50% of revenues generated outside the US.

Prior to Merck, Ms. Morrison was the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Wyeth Pharmaceuticals, responsible for the global planning and reporting of the pharmaceutical division. In this role she was responsible for accounting and controls, audit and SEC reporting, finance team leadership, and was a member of the company’s Pharmaceutical Leadership Team, SAP Steering Committee implementing SAP globally, ex-US Pricing Committee, Capital Review Committee and Pension Committee.

Ms. Morrison began her career as an analyst at Alex. Brown & Sons, an investment bank (now Deutsche Bank), where she served in various management capacities in both the Mergers and Acquisitions and Health Care Groups for approximately 12 years.

Christina is also a member of several boards. She has been a Director and Chair of the Audit Committee of InVivo Therapeutics Holdings Corporation since June 2016. She is also on the Board of Advisors of the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College, since 2012, and is a Member and Secretary of the Board of Angel Flight East since 2014. Most recently, Ms. Morrison was named a Fellow of The Foundation for Health Smart Consumers in 2018.

Ms. Morrison graduated cum laude from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and received her MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.
