Kelli Riggins

Kelli Riggins serves as the Chief Operations Officer at Physicians Group Laboratories, LLC since June 2023, following a role as AVP Laboratory Services at HCA Healthcare Physician Services Group from October 2020 to June 2023, where leadership focused on developing a laboratory service line. Prior to that, Kelli held the position of Regional Director at Memorial Hermann Diagnostic Laboratories, overseeing strategic direction and operational performance for a large network of laboratory and phlebotomy locations. Kelli's extensive experience includes roles as Managing Partner/Senior Consultant at Performance Catalysts, Vice President of Laboratory Operations at QualTex Laboratories, and Assistant Director of Operational Efficiency at South Texas Blood & Tissue Center. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from The University of Texas at San Antonio and a Bachelor's Degree in Clinical Laboratory Science from Cameron University.
