Carrie Starks

Carrie Starks is a seasoned project and IT manager with extensive experience in the healthcare and financial services sectors. Currently serving as QNXT and IT Project Manager at Physicians Health Plan of Northern Indiana since February 2019, Carrie has previously held roles including Project Manager at Lutheran Health Network and IS Manager at Parkview Health. Prior experience includes leadership positions at Lincoln Financial Group, ADP, and ITT Corporation, where Carrie oversaw various systems development and HR implementation projects. Carrie's educational background includes a B.S. in Business Administration from Indiana Institute of Technology, an A.S. in Business Information Systems from Lake Superior State University, and attendance at the University of Michigan and Hult Ashridge for further studies.
