Richard Cochran

Richard Cochran has an extensive work experience spanning several companies and roles. Richard started their career at Mutual of Omaha in 1982 as an Executive Director, where they worked until 1999. Richard then joined Coventry Health Care as the President and CEO of the Nebraska branch, successfully turning it around from a loss to a profit. In 2005, they moved to United Healthcare as the VP of Network Management and later joined Universal American in 2009 as the VP/GM for Illinois, Iowa, and Nebraska. Finally, in 2012, they became the President and CEO of Physicians Health Plan. Richard Cochran has demonstrated leadership, strategic management, and financial acumen throughout their career.

Richard Cochran attended the University of Nebraska at Omaha from 1982 to 1987, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a focus in Finance.
