Jaime is a high performing healthcare leader with extensive experience in operations, process improvement, program development and clinical education. His expertise spans prehospital emergency medical services, emergency department operations, observation services, holistic nursing practice and nursing administration. He holds a national certification in emergency nursing and is experienced as an ED clinical nurse specialist, chest pain center coordinator and educator. He is a founding member of New Jersey prehospital advanced life support program and was the first chairman of the NJ state EMS council. He has been honored by the VA for his work with the National Disaster Medical System. Jaime is also a contributing author to the ENA Core Curriculum. His talents include innovative approaches to improving the patient experience, throughput and effective staff development strategies. Jaime is an accomplished public speaker at many events including national conferences on topics ranging from emergency medicine to optimal health and wellbeing. Jaime has a proven track record in talent section, recruitment and retention. He is experienced in successful Joint Commission survey requirements, Department of Health investigations and clinical quality reviews. Jaime is a consummate collaborator with a focus on team building and shared success.
