Sergey Vakhterov

Sergey Vakhterov currently serves as a Partner at Phystech Ventures since March 2023. Previously, Sergey held significant leadership roles, including Chairman of the Board of Directors at Virial Ltd. from May 2018 to January 2023, and a Member of the Board of Directors at GEOSPLIT from December 2017 to January 2023. Sergey has extensive experience in managing directorial positions, notably as Managing Director at RUSNANO SISTEMA SICAR and as a Board Member in multiple companies such as Hevel LLC, OVS LLC, Profotech, MEMBRANIUM, Russian Quartz LLC, and RST INVENT LLC, all from May 2015 to January 2023. Sergey obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Moscow Aviation Institute (National Research University) between 1998 and 2003.
