Yara Shiban is a dedicated Senior Food Technologist at Phytolon with previous experience as an R&D Food Technologist at Prince Tahina Ltd. Yara is also an experienced Quality Assurance Engineer with a Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology. Yara has years of experience in researching and developing sweet spreads based on tahini and other innovative food products.
