Avishek Megotia

Avishek Megotia has a diverse work experience starting from their role as an INTERN at ABG Shipyard Ltd in 2012. In 2014, they worked as an ASPIRE Engineer at ACG Worldwide. Moving forward, they joined IBM in 2017 as an HR-LDP for a brief period. A year later, in 2018, they became the Talent Acquisition Site Lead at PI Industries Ltd. Avishek held this role until March 2021 when they transitioned into their current position as the Lead L&D for CSM Business at the same company.

Avishek Megotia completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from XLRI Jamshedpur in the years 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a B.Tech degree in Mechanical Engineering from NIT SURAT, from the years 2010 to 2014. In addition, they have a certification in Energy Conservation and Audit, obtained in the year 2013.
