Mahaveer Singh Rathore

Mahaveer Singh Rathore currently serves as the Head of Marketing & Product Management at PI Industries Ltd, leading efforts in innovation and business growth since January 2025. Previously, Mahaveer held various leadership roles at Bayer Crop Science from November 2016 to December 2024, focusing on digital solutions and tailored offerings for the fruits and vegetables sector. Mahaveer also worked at Monsanto Company for over a decade, leading the vegetable seed business for South Asia and South East Asia, significantly improving profitability. Earlier experience includes roles at airtel and Amul, further enhancing expertise in product management and sales operations. Mahaveer holds a PGDRM in Rural Management with a focus on Marketing from the Institute of Rural Management Anand and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Physics from Maharaja’s College, Jaipur.
