Pradeep Kumar Jain

Pradeep Kumar Jain has extensive work experience in various leadership positions in the pharmaceutical and chemical industries. Pradeep Kumar is currently working as the Chief Operating Officer - CSM Business at PI Industries Ltd, where they have been since September 2022. Prior to this, they served as the President - Operations at the same company from April 2021 to October 2022.

Before joining PI Industries Ltd, Pradeep held the position of Vice President and Head - Operations SEZ Bharuch at Jubilant Life Sciences Ltd. from February 2018 to April 2021.

Pradeep Kumar also has experience working as a Senior Vice President & Head - Manufacturing Operations and Projects at Neuland Laboratories Limited from February 2015 to February 2018.

Pradeep's career includes roles at Hikal Ltd, where they served as Vice President & Head - Pharma Manufacturing from April 2011 to February 2015. At Dr Reddys Labs Ltd., they held the position of Director - Works from January 2009 to March 2011, and earlier as Associate Director. Pradeep Kumar also worked as a Sr Manager-Process Engg at Lupin Ltd. from December 1998 to November 2005.

Pradeep's earlier experience includes roles at BILT (Chemical division) Karwar as Dy. Manager - Process Operation from March 1995 to December 1998, and at Hindustan Antibiotics Ltd. Pimpri Poona as an Engineer - Production from December 1990 to March 1995.

Pradeep Kumar Jain completed a Certificate course in "Advance course in Strategy Management" at the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta in 2009. Prior to that, Pradeep obtained a Diploma in Business Management with a focus on System Management from Savitribai Phule Pune University in 1994. Pradeep also holds a B. Tech. degree in Chemical Technology from Harcourt Butler Technological Institute Kanpur, which was completed in 1990.
