Simhadri Naidu

Simhadri Naidu has extensive work experience in the chemical and fertilizer industry. Simhadri started their career as a Technical Officer at Nagarjuna Fertilizers and Chemicals Limited in 1998 before moving on to Coromandel International Limited in 1999. At Coromandel, they held various roles including Marketing Officer, Area Manager, Zonal Manager, and Category Manager-Pesticides. In 2011, Simhadri joined PI Industries Ltd, where they served as a DGM, Zonal Head, Sr. General Manager, and currently holds the position of Asst. Vice President & Cluster Sales Head. Simhadri'sroles at PI Industries have showcased their leadership skills and strategic capabilities within the organization.

Simhadri Naidu's education history includes a Bachelor's degree in Agriculture from Acharya N.G. Ranga Agricultural University, obtained from 1994 to 1998. Simhadri then pursued a postgraduate diploma in Agro Management and Agro Informatics from The International Institute of Agro Management and agro informatics from 2005 to 2006. Naidu later completed a Master's in Business Administration with a specialization in Retailing and Retail Operations from Sikkim Manipal University between 2006 and 2008. Recently, in 2023, they attended the Indian School of Business for an Emerging Leadership Programme in Organizational Leadership. Naidu has also obtained additional certifications such as "Executive Influence" and "Three Tips for Managing Egos and Difficult Emotions" from LinkedIn in unspecified years.
