Sujeet Bardhan

Sujeet Bardhan has a strong background in human resources, with experience in various managerial roles. Sujeet started their career at Ashima Ltd. as a Sr. Executive in HR, where they focused on HR policies, employee engagement, and retention initiatives. Sujeet then moved on to the Adani Group as a Manager in HR, handling talent acquisition, employee engagement, and various other HR functions. Sujeet later joined Cadila Pharmaceuticals Limited as a Sr. Manager in Corporate HR, where they were responsible for talent acquisition, HR operations, manpower planning, and compensation and benefits. Sujeet then served as the Head of HR Operations at Jubilant Life Sciences Ltd., overseeing the HR operations at the Bharuch Plant. Prior to their current role, Sujeet worked as the Asst. General Manager of Human Resources at BKT Tires. Currently, they hold the position of General Manager-HR (Lead Site HR) at PI Industries Ltd.

Sujeet Bardhan completed their Matriculation degree at Rachana from 1982 to 1993. Sujeet then pursued a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Advance Accounting & Auditing at Gujarat University, from 1996 to 1999. Following that, they completed a Masters degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources & Operations at ICFAI Business School from 2000 to 2002.
