Marc Beusenberg

Marc Beusenberg currently serves as the SVP of Market Strategies & Innovations at PI (Physik Instrumente) Group, a position held since May 2024. Prior to this, Marc was the Director of R&D at IMS from March 2019 to May 2024, and team manager of Industrial Design Engineering at Hogeschool Windesheim from May 2014 to February 2019. Academic experience includes serving as an Assistant Professor at the University of Twente from October 2009 to April 2014, focusing on Industrial Design Engineering and technology diffusion. Earlier professional roles include general manager at Tecosim GmbH, VP Technology, Quality, and Service at Accell Group, and general manager of Crash Testing at TNO Automotive. A past president of Biokinetics and Associates Ltd., Marc has extensive expertise in impact safety engineering. Marc holds an M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering/Biomechanics from Eindhoven University of Technology, completed in 1989.
