Adrian Garcia

Adrian Garcia is a Quality Assurance Engineer at Pia since October 2022, following experience as a Service Desk Engineer at ITonCloud from November 2021 to October 2022, where responsibilities included providing IT support for various clients, managing Citrix virtual machines, and learning about Active Directory, Exchange, and Microsoft 365. Prior to that, Adrian served as a Service Desk Officer Cadet at Virtual IT Group, gaining experience in phone support and ticket management. A brief work experience as a Computer Engineer at NEC Australia involved exposure to level 1 to level 3 support roles. Earlier work experiences also include short stints as a Real Estate Agent at MMJ Real Estate and a Carpenter at SKY Developments. Adrian holds a Diploma of IT in Information Technology from the University of Wollongong, completed in 2022, and attended Edmund Rice College from 2015 to 2020.
