Robert Toole

Robert Toole has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Robert started their career as a Stock Assistant at Dan Murphy's in 2008 and then transitioned to a similar role at Coles in 2010. In the same year, they also worked as an Information Systems Cadet at Wollongong City Council.

In 2013, Robert joined Pillar as a Test Lead, where they were responsible for creating test plans, test cases, and test strategies for major projects. Robert also tested superannuation systems and managed defect prioritization. This role continued until 2015.

After their time at Pillar, Robert became an Associate Consultant at Pactera, where they fulfilled various roles including Business Analyst and IT specialist. Robert consulted for external clients and worked on projects related to testing, workflow systems, and segregation of superannuation funds. Additionally, they oversaw the design and construction of Pactera's Intranet.

Robert then joined Telstra in 2015 as a Business Analyst, focusing on creating high-level process designs, conducting meetings with stakeholders, and customizing system options to meet customer needs.

In 2016, Robert became a Traffic Controller at Altus Traffic Australia, where they worked until 2018. Robert then joined Ventia Pty Ltd as a Motorway Patroller and later transitioned to the role of Traffic Control Room Operator, which they held until 2021.

Most recently, in 2022, Robert joined Pia as the Quality Assurance Team Lead, where they currently lead the team and ensures the quality of their products. Prior to this, they were a Senior Quality Assurance Tester at the same company.

Robert Toole completed their education with a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from the University of Wollongong, which took place from 2009 to 2013. Prior to that, they attended St Joseph's Catholic High School Albion Park from 2003 to 2008, although no specific degree or field of study was mentioned for this period. Additionally, Robert Toole has obtained various certifications, including Implement Traffic Control Plans and Traffic Controller from the NSW Government, Confined Spaces Training, Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation, Work Safely At Heights from SYDNEY SAFETY TRAINING, Work Health and Safety General Construction Induction from SafeWork NSW, and EWP Operator License Yellow Card from EWPA.
