Senior Director, Product Support at Piaggio Fast Forward

Peter is the Senior Director of Product Support at Piaggio Fast Forward where he is responsible for all things Customer Care / Product Support. Prior to PFF, Peter built customer care centers for Greater New York Hospital Association and most recently Neurometrix. At Neurometrix, he launched the customer care department for Quell, a new alternative to chronic pain. There he also trained and managed the third-party call center that handled sales calls and general inquiries for the product as well as an internal team of specialists. He worked with major retailers (QVC, Target, Walmart, BestBuy, CVS) to train their teams on the benefits of Quell.

He believes every customer deserves to be handled with VIP treatment and should walk away from the interaction remembering that conversation.
