Lucia Juelke

Lucia Juelke is an experienced professional in account management and customer success, currently serving as the Director of Account Management for EMEA at Piano since April 2021. Prior roles include Senior Key Account Manager and Account Manager in Customer Success, emphasizing comprehensive customer lifecycle management. Prior to Piano, Lucia held the position of Customer Success Manager at Cisco, focusing on cloud collaboration and customer growth strategies. Experience also includes serving as an Account Executive at Uber, where responsibility involved launching Uber Freight in Europe, and as Project Manager for Sales and Marketing at the German American Chamber of Commerce, representing trade shows. Lucia’s early career began as a Commercial Apprentice at Siemens, with a strong foundation in sales, business development, and finance. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from The Berlin School of Economics and Law and additional studies at NYU and York University.
