Nicholle Duncan

Nicholle Duncan has a strong background in human resources, with over 20 years of experience in various roles. Nicholle currently holds the position of Vice President of Human Resources at FreshEdge, where they have been since January 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Human Resources at FreshEdge from October 2021 to December 2022.

Before their time at FreshEdge, Nicholle held the position of Director of Human Resources at both Piazza Produce and Indianapolis Fruit Company, starting in August 2013. Nicholle also worked as a Human Resources Partner at Mercer from September 2012 to July 2013.

Nicholle Duncan, SHRM-CP, has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Indiana University Southeast. The field of study for their MBA is not provided. Nicholle also has a background in Business Administration from Spalding University. In 2008, they obtained their SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
