Jonathan James Cramer has a long and varied work experience in marketing and content creation. Jonathan James began their career in 2005 as a Marketing Writer at EXFO, where they produced technical marketing documentation and managed video campaigns to support new products. In 2007, they moved to Konitif as an English Media Manager, developing and managing all marketing content in English and creating sales collateral targeting the French-Canadian market. From 2009 to 2011, they worked as a Freelance Translator, Editor, and Copywriter, taking on challenges from government translation contracts to marketing research on industrial energy consumption. In 2011, they began working as a Pharmaceutical Training and Marketing Editor, editing e-learning and digital training materials for sales teams. In 2013, they moved to SciMedMedia as a Senior Content Marketer, developing content for SaaS campaigns and projects. In 2014, they joined Tangoe as a Senior Content Marketing Manager, managing creative marketing collateral execution and campaign development. In 2017, they became the Marketing Director, Content at Dun & Bradstreet, leading the creation, strategy, and execution of quarterly content marketing roadmaps. In 2019, they took on the role of Vice President of Marketing at Storylift, responsible for all Storylift marketing efforts. In 2021, they were promoted to Vice President of Marketing at ActiveWorx. Most recently, in 2022, they were appointed Head of Marketing and Growth at Piazza.

Jonathan James Cramer completed a Bachelor's Degree in French Literature from the University of New Hampshire between 1993 and 1997. Jonathan James then went on to receive a Master's in English from Université Laval between 1997 and 1999.
