Currently serving as Chief People Officer at PIB Group since December 2022, Joanne also holds the position of Non Executive Director at Famn UK. Previous roles include Chief People Officer at Clear Channel International, where significant transformation initiatives were led, and Global HR and Talent Director, responsible for developing key talent programs. Joanne's experience spans several companies, including TrustFord, UK Power Networks, RSA, EE, T-Mobile, and Standard Chartered Bank, focusing on organizational development, employee engagement, and learning and development. Educated at prestigious institutions such as Hult Ashridge and INSEAD, Joanne holds multiple advanced degrees, including a master's in Executive Coaching and Human Resources.
