Dr. Praveen Srivastava

Dr. Praveen Srivastava currently serves as the Director of the MBA program at Pune Institute of Business Management since October 2016. Prior to this role, Dr. Srivastava was an Associate Professor and Head of the Department of Human Resource Management at IBS Hyderabad from April 2011 to September 2016, where responsibilities included academic delivery in subjects such as Organizational Behavior and Leadership. Additional experience includes consulting for competency assessment at JN IDBI Staff Training College and leading training initiatives at Substance HR Solutions. Dr. Srivastava’s academic background includes a Ph.D. from PIMR,DAVV Indore focusing on competency gaps in travel agency executives and a Master’s degree in Management from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya.
