Thomas Hoyland

Thomas Hoyland is currently working at the University of Hull as a Reader in Organisational Behaviour, Head of Group for Marketing Management and Business Strategy, and Associate Dean for Student Experience. With a focus on student retention and widening participation, Thomas also specializes in organizational behavior, HRM, team composition and performance, organizational climates, and leadership. Prior to their current roles, Thomas has experience as an Associate Research Director, Commercial Manager, EFL Teacher, and ALT. Thomas holds a PhD in Team Innovation, an MSc in Business Management, and a BA hons in East Asian Studies, Politics, and Indonesian. Thomas is also a HEA Fellow in Education.
