Casper Luotola

Casper Luotola has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Casper most recently worked as a Business Controller at PiBond starting in 2022. Prior to that, they held various positions at Azets, including Business Controller for the Accounting business area, Financial Controller/M&A Analyst, Assistant Financial Controller, and M&A Trainee. During their time at Azets, Casper focused on improving internal reporting and finance processes, automating Excel tasks, and conducting target analysis for international clients.

In addition to their work at Azets, Casper also served as the Chief Financial Officer for The Nordic Case Competition in 2015, where they organized and oversaw a case-solving event for business students. Before that, they worked as a Financial Advisor at Aktia Corporate Finance Ltd, where their responsibilities included drafting contracts and improving reporting and factoring systems. Casper also gained sales experience as a Salesman at Retkiaitta Outdoor Oy.

Throughout their various roles, Casper has demonstrated proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and VBA automation. Their skills and experience make him well-suited for financial and accounting roles, with a focus on process improvement, reporting, and analysis.

Casper Luotola completed their education at two institutions. From 2007 to 2010, they attended Mercuria Business School, where they obtained a Vocational Qualification in Business and Administration with a focus on Financing and Accounting. Later, from 2014 to 2018, they pursued a Master's degree in Finance at Hanken School of Economics.
