Shay Palachy-Affek

Shay Palachy-Affek is a seasoned data science and AI consultant with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior AI Consultant at New Israel Fund and holding multiple roles as a Senior Data Science Consultant at The Mediterranean Food Lab, Pic-Time, and Harmonya, Shay provides technical and theoretical guidance to data science teams. Additionally, Shay lectures on Data Visualization at Tel Aviv University's Coller School of Management and owns Shy Palachy Consulting, focusing on building and developing data science teams. Previous leadership experience includes serving as VP of Data Science at LeO and co-founding the non-profit DataHack, aimed at promoting diversity in data science.
