Travis Thompson

Travis Thompson is an experienced business development professional with a strong background in operations and sales management. Currently serving as the Director of Business Development at PICA Manufacturing Solutions since April 2023, Travis has previously held similar leadership roles at Saltwater and the University of New Hampshire. With extensive experience at NCAB Group as General Manager for the Eastern Division, Travis was responsible for significant budget achievements and operational oversight. Earlier career positions include Director of Operations at WildComm and Manager of Business Development at Darling Consulting Group, where responsibilities included new sales and team leadership. Travis holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of New Hampshire and has completed executive leadership training.
