Natacha Batreau

Natacha Batreau has extensive experience in human resources, having worked at Picard Surgelés since June 2010 in various roles, including Responsable Ressources Humaines Réseau Paris/IDF, where management responsibilities included overseeing a team of six and providing HR support to 400 stores and 2000 employees in Île-de-France. Previous roles at Picard included Chargée des Ressources Humaines Fonctions Support, managing recruitment and personnel for 600 support staff, and Chargée de formation, leading corporate training projects, including the installation of SAP. Earlier experience includes an Assistant role at Guy Degrenne, focusing on recruitment and personnel administration, and a Consultant role at Steath Consulting, specializing in candidate approach and client relations.
