In 2017, Delgado attended GE's Crotonville Leadership Center for an Advanced Management Course focused on Activating Culture and Strategy.

In terms of additional certifications, in 2018 they obtained certifications in Business Development Foundations, Key Account Management, Managing Globally, and Managing Your Sales Territory from LinkedIn. In 2019, they obtained a certification in Developing Business Acumen, also from LinkedIn.
