Delphine Lin has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of design. Delphine has held various roles in different companies throughout their career.
Delphine started their career as an Associate Creative Director at Sabertooth Interactive in 2010, where they worked with clients such as Army, CBS, Relativity Media, Canon, OfficeMax, Ford, T-Mobile, HBO, and Warner Brothers. Delphine then moved on to The Cimarron Group as a Senior Art Director before joining bpg advertising as a Senior Art Director, where they worked on media campaigns for clients such as Showtime, Disney, Lifetime, QED, and Sony.
After bpg advertising, Delphine worked at SapientNitro as a Senior Art Director, where they managed projects for MGMgrand.com and Lululemon. Delphine then joined Deutsch LA as an Associate Design Director, where they led a team of designers and worked on accounts for Taco Bell and Volkswagen.
In 2013, Delphine transitioned to a freelance/contract role as a Design/Creative Director, where they worked independently on projects for various clients until 2018. During this time, they worked with companies such as Studio BS, where they took on projects ranging from platform design to branding. Delphine also worked as a Lead Product Designer at Thrive Market, where they led a team in developing and launching new products.
In 2019, Delphine joined OneDegree as the Head of Design. In this role, they expanded the design team and oversaw the creation of the OneDegree platform and other design tasks.
Their most recent role is as a Visual Design Manager at PicCollage, where they currently work.
Throughout their career, Delphine has demonstrated strong leadership skills, leading teams, and taking on various design projects. Delphine has also played a crucial role in developing design strategies, maintaining communication between departments, and ensuring the timely execution of design tasks.
Delphine Lin attended Pepperdine University from 2000 to 2004, where they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Advertising/MultiMedia Design.
