Nilesh Mistry

Nilesh Mistry has over 20 years of experience in the IT field, is ITIL qualified and specialises in Service Delivery and Management. Having worked for several high-profile companies, he has been motivated to build up his knowledge and skills and always aims to provide an excellent level of support and service.

Nilesh has also been involved with various IT-related projects and audits throughout his career and his goal is to ensure the IT systems and his colleagues are effective and functioning within the limits of the budget, time, and specification of the company.

Whilst working closely with the disciplines, his role is to manage the whole of IT, including hardware, software, networking, servers and infrastructure as well as managing relationships with 3rd party suppliers.
