Morgan Ball

Morgan Ball currently serves as the Group Technology Director and Head of IT Strategy & Innovation at Samworth Brothers, a role held since September 2013. Responsibilities include overseeing technology direction and design at the group level, managing IT costs, and maintaining a long-term strategic roadmap while fostering relationships across 15 business units. Additionally, Morgan has been with Ginsters since July 1998, initially as IT Support Technician and later progressing to IT Support Supervisor and Head of IT, where leadership encompasses IT strategy, service delivery management, business integration, and financial planning. Education was completed at Liskeard School & Community College from 1991 to 1996.
