Director, Cost Management at Pick Everard

As Director of Cost Management, William has 17 year’s experience in a variety of sectors including large complex infrastructures programmes of works, renewables, retail, health and residential and in both pre and post contract work involving the NEC and JCT forms of contract, from conception right through to final account with exposure to all project costs.

William’s current role involves a mix of technical services coupled with seeking business development opportunities to meet the business targets with potential clients across the UK in order to grow the business. William has a strong client focus and a desire to improve the performance of both his personal/team output and that and the client themselves. William works best while working with clients. He has the ability to build trust quickly through empathy and performance and can challenge through thoughtful questions and curiosity.
