Currently serving as a Strategic Advisor at Pick Your Pour since June 2022, Ambra previously held the position of Head of Customer Success at SHAREFOX.CO, where key responsibilities included driving onboarding and retention for enterprise clients and improving customer satisfaction. Additional roles span project management and HR management across various organizations, including Sorint.Lab US Inc and Design Driven Entrepreneurship Hub. Ambra's expertise encompasses partnership development, cross-functional collaboration, and brand reputation management, complemented by a foundational education in science from Istituto Marconi.
