Julia Specht

Julia Specht is a freelance copywriter at Pickaxe Foundry since August 2022 and has been a copywriter at Pel & Sullivan since February 2015. With expertise in thought leadership, ghost-writing, web and ad copy, and branding strategy, Julia collaborates effectively with internal marketing teams and contractors. Additionally, Julia has experience in marketing and PR with Comrex Corporation, where responsibilities included developing branding for campaigns and writing thought leadership articles. Julia is also a playwright, previously a member of Youngblood, with works produced in One Act Marathons. Earlier roles include positions in junior copywriting, marketing assistance, childcare, and research. Julia holds a Master of Fine Arts in Fiction from Hunter College and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Wellesley College.
