Joe Torres

Joe Torres currently serves as the Director of Operations at both Picket Homes and Elara Home Management since March 2022. Prior to these roles, Joe held various positions at Progress Residential® from January 2018 to March 2022, including VP of Contact Center, Customer Care Director, and Sr Director of Contact Center Operations. Joe's earlier experience includes a managerial role in Scheduling and Authorizations at SimonMed Imaging from August 2012 to January 2018.
