Susan Bennett is an experienced real estate professional with a diverse background in the industry. Currently serving as a Broker and Acquisitions Analyst at Picket Homes since February 2021, Susan has previously held roles as a Broker, Underwriter, Acquisitions, and Dispositions Analyst. Prior to Picket Homes, Susan worked at Black Clover Realty LLC from July 2015 to October 2022 as a Realtor. Specializing in various aspects of real estate, including first-time home buyers, distressed properties for investors, and luxury homes, Susan combines traditional practices with innovative strategies. Susan holds a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, both from Auburn University.
