Luke Weaver

Luke Weaver has an extensive work experience history. Luke started their career as a Software Programmer at the National Center for Supercomputing Applications in 2007. Luke then worked as a NETMATH Mentor at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign from 2009 to 2010. In 2019, they were a Management Fellow at Wayfair, where they focused on improving the talent acquisition pipeline and developing talent acquisition strategy.

From 2010 to 2020, Luke served in various roles in the United States Marine Corps, including Communications Strategy and Operations Program Manager, MV-22 Tiltrotor Pilot, Current Operations Manager, Ground Training Manager and Flight Operations Manager, Information Systems Manager, Ground Safety Director, and Student Pilot. In these roles, they managed communication strategy and planning, media production operations, and ground safety programs. Luke also successfully completed over 500 hours as an aircraft pilot and managed training and operational tasking.

Luke then joined Amazon Robotics in 2020 as a Program Manager, where they managed the deployment of robotics technologies and guided a team of engineers and installation specialists. Luke later became the Manager of Robotics Deployment Engineering and then the Sr. Program Manager of Robotics Deployment Engineering, overseeing the installation and launch of robotics equipment.

Currently, Luke holds the position of Director of Product Operations at the Pickle Robot Company, starting in 2022.

From 2006 to 2010, Luke attended the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering.
