Arnaud Cammas

Arnaud Cammas has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Arnaud is currently a Co-Founder at Napta, an innovative company that provides staffing solutions for project-based organizations. At Napta, Arnaud has developed a SaaS platform that enables businesses to instantly assign the right employees to projects based on project constraints such as skills, availability, and location. This platform simplifies the complexities of staffing by centralizing staffing needs, managing availability, mapping employee skills and aspirations, and identifying ideal teams for each project.

In 2019, Arnaud was recognized as a Laureate at Réseau Entreprendre Paris. Prior to their role at Napta, they worked as a Business Development professional at Koober in 2017 and as an M&A & Strategy Analyst in the Development Department at Vivendi in 2016. Arnaud also gained experience as an M&A Off-Cycle Analyst at Banco Santander in 2015 and as a Junior Consultant in the Financial Services Office Department (FSO) at EY in 2014.

Arnaud's earlier experiences include serving as a Sales Director & Project Manager at EDHEC Junior Etudes from 2012 to 2014 and as a Chief Financial Officer Assistant at NAP Investissement in 2013. Throughout their career, Arnaud has demonstrated a strong skill set in business development, strategy analysis, and financial services.

Arnaud Cammas has a diverse education history. In 2010, they attended Lycée Pierre de Fermat, where they pursued an Intensive Prep School for Business Schools Examination Entrance. From 2012 to 2016, Arnaud studied at EDHEC Business School, earning a Master's degree in Business Management with a focus on Strategy & Finance. During this time, they acquired a solid foundation in the field. In 2015, Arnaud embarked on another academic journey at Sciences Po, where they pursued a Master's degree in Public Affairs, although their specific field of study is not specified.
