Stefanie van Velthoven

Stefanie van Velthoven is an experienced professional in HR and operations, currently serving as People Lead – Operations at Picnic Technologies since May 2022, where oversight includes a team of three people partners and central operations teams in the Netherlands and Germany. Previously, Stefanie worked at Deloitte Nederland from August 2017 to May 2022 as a Senior Consultant specializing in HR Transformation, focusing on Digital HR and Employee Experience, and also as a Consultant in HR Transformation with expertise in Workday implementations. Additional experience includes roles at The HEINEKEN Company, Randstad, and Vrumona, enhancing HR capabilities in various projects and support functions. Education includes a Master of Science in Business Administration from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and a summer session on Management of Human Resources from the University of California, Berkeley.
