Steve Tarsa

Steve Tarsa is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in engineering and research. Currently serving as VP of Engineering at PicnicHealth since September 2019, Tarsa has also held positions such as Director of Engineering and Engineering Manager within the same organization. Concurrently, Tarsa has been a Research Associate in the Department of Computer Science at Harvard University since 2015. Previous roles include AI/Machine Learning Researcher at Intel Labs from 2013 to 2019, Graduate Researcher at MIT Lincoln Laboratory from June 2010 to September 2011, and Graduate Researcher at Air Force Research Laboratory in June 2009. Early career included an Analyst position at Dean and Company from 2006 to 2008. Tarsa holds a PhD and an MS in Computer Science from Harvard University, along with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Math, and Music from Wake Forest University.
