Nour Ashoush LL.M is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in commercial contracting and legal advisory roles across various industries. Since August 2017, Nour has been serving as a Commercial Contracts Counselor at SuLinda Sole Trader Company, where responsibilities include drafting and negotiating cross-border commercial contracts and managing complex legal issues. Additional roles have included Contracts Specialist at Pico Energy, Senior Contracts Specialist at Nile City Towers, and Senior Contracts and Tendering Specialist at Ibnsina Pharma, among others. Nour is also a Contracts Instructor at RISC Legal Academy, sharing expertise in contract drafting and review. Nour holds a Master’s Degree in Private Law and Criminal Law, as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from Ain Shams University.
