Kristina Pappa

Kristina Pappa's work experience starts with their role as Managing Counsel - Executive Director - International at Pico, a leading infrastructure services provider, since July 2018. In this role, they supervise all international corporate and commercial legal matters and manages Pico's global expansion initiatives.

Prior to Pico, Kristina worked at Axiom from February 2009 to July 2018 as a Senior Counsel. During their time at Axiom, they managed a team of 15+ lawyers handling a spin-off transaction for a global bank and managed the EU electronic waste compliance initiative for a large internet retailer.

From October 2005 to January 2009, Kristina served as the General Counsel at Atari, Inc., a Nasdaq listed company. Kristina was responsible for supervising a 10-15 person legal team and handled various management tasks, including budgeting, recruitment, risk management, and legal strategy.

Before joining Atari, Kristina worked at WilmerHale from 1999 to 2003. Kristina started as an Associate and then became a Partner at the firm.

Their career began at Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer, P.A. in 1996 as an Associate - Corporate Finance.

Kristina Pappa completed their Bachelor's Degree in English at the University of Delaware from 1989 to 1993. Kristina then went on to study at Seton Hall University School of Law, where they obtained their JD degree from 1993 to 1996. Following that, Kristina furthered their education at New York University School of Law, completing their LL.M in Corporate Law from 1996 to 1999.
