Radu Grigorescu

Radu Grigorescu has a diverse work experience spanning over 10 years. Radu started their career as a Network Administrator at GMG MEDIA BOX and later joined Edata as a Network Administrator, where they implemented the Microsoft platform and ESXi 4.0 virtualization platform, leading to cost reductions. Afterward, Radu worked as an Application Engineer at SolarWinds, where they resolved customer issues related to network monitoring applications.

In 2012, Radu joined Hewlett-Packard Financial Services as an Environment Engineer, and in 2015, they became an NMS Consultant/ServiceNow Event Management Engineer at TESM. There, they architectured and implemented an event management application and designed and implemented a SolarWinds platform for a major client.

Radu then worked at the European External Action Service as an NMS Architect/ServiceNow Integration Engineer, where they designed and implemented SolarWinds NPM/SAM/NTA/VNQM for global monitoring and improved the detection rate. Radu also integrated SolarWinds with ServiceNow and designed the CMDB integration.

In 2018, Radu joined NATS as an SOM Analytics Architect, where they implemented the ServiceNow Operational Intelligence module to work with CA UIM and improved failure/issue detection through predictive alerting.

Later in 2019, Radu joined BASF as an NMS/ITOM Architect, providing subject matter expertise during the implementation of the SolarWinds monitoring platform, focusing on application monitoring, event management, analytics, and insights.

Before their current role, Radu became the Managing Director at Solarworld Management Systems in 2018. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Operations Management at Pico, where they oversee operations and utilizes their expertise in NMS/ITOM architecture.

Radu Grigorescu obtained a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Titu Maiorescu University between 2013 and 2016. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications from different institutions, including Corvil, PeopleCert, Microsoft, The Open Group, ServiceNow, SolarWinds, and Cisco. The certifications cover a range of topics such as Corvil administration and expertise, ITIL, Azure administration, TOGAF, ServiceNow system administration, Microsoft solutions, SolarWinds, and Cisco networking. Radu Grigorescu has been actively pursuing continuous education and professional development.
