Willie Chan

Willie Chan has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Willie is currently working as the Director of Sales for Greater China at Pico since March 2023. Prior to that, they held the role of Director of Sales in Hong Kong for SGX FX - Buyside (BidFX) from October 2022 to March 2023. Before joining Pico and SGX FX, Willie worked at Bloomberg LP for a significant period. At Bloomberg LP, they held various roles including Sales/Relationship Leader for Hedge Funds, Private Equity, and Family Office from December 2020 to August 2022. Willie also served as the Director and Head of Electronic Trading Solutions (ETS) North Asia from July 2017 to December 2020, STP Solution Sales Asia Pacific from July 2015 to July 2017, and Fixed Income Electronic Trading Sales in Greater China from October 2010 to July 2015. Willie also held the position of Director at Bloomberg Tradebook Hong Kong Limited from February 2019 to August 2021. Prior to their tenure at Bloomberg, they worked as a Sales Manager at Linedata Services, where they achieved significant sales revenues and market share within a short period of time. Willie's earlier experiences include roles as a Technical Account Manager at Actix, a System Engineer at PCCW-HKT, and a Development Engineer at Kingsmith Limited.

Willie Chan obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Northern British Columbia (UNBC) during the years 2001-2004. Later, Willie pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management with a General focus from the Kellogg-HKUST Executive MBA program, which was completed between 2020 and 2022.
